A Cub Scout pack committee is essentially the board of directors for a Cub Scout pack. This committee assists with supervision and management of a the unit. They provide resources and support to the Cubmaster and Den Leaders so they can provide the program in accordance with Boy Scout policies and regulations.

The Cubmaster conducts the scouting program for the pack with the help of assistant cubmasters. The Den Leaders are adult volunteer who run the age specific Lion, Tiger, Wolf, and Bear den meetings. The Pack leadership works together to deliver a well rounded scouting program.
